The job in a nutshell

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic People and Culture Manager to lead human resource initiatives for our company and associated startups. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a fervent commitment to fostering a positive organizational culture, emphasizing employee well-being and engagement.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting talent management, and overseeing tasks related to employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

You’ll spend time on the following

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand human resource needs and business requirements.
  • Managing talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conducting periodic assessments and implementing strategies to enhance organizational culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
  • Working closely with leadership to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives.

We are looking for a candidate with

  • Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager, showcasing a track record of successful HR initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR management tools and software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • A passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture and promoting employee well-being.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage successful organizational change initiatives, demonstrating adaptability and effective communication.
  • Track record of implementing and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
